1. Scope of Policy
This Return and Refund Policy applies to all digital products, templates, and SaaS services offered by APPGENZ.
Note: APPGENZ does not sell physical products.
2. Digital Products
2.1 Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once the deliverables have been provided. All sales are final after:
- The product download link has been shared.
- The template or software has been delivered.
2.2 Exceptions
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- The product is defective or not as described.
- APPGENZ is unable to provide the agreed deliverables within the specified timeline due to unforeseen issues on our part.
2.3 Resolution Process
To request a refund for eligible circumstances, you must:
- Contact us at support@appgenz.com within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.
- Provide the order details and an explanation of the issue.
We will evaluate the claim and respond within 5 business days.
3. SaaS Subscriptions
3.1 Free Trials
If a free trial is available, you can use the service during this period without any obligations. Once the trial ends, charges will apply as per the selected plan.
3.2 Refund Policy for Subscriptions
Refunds for subscriptions are only provided under the following conditions:
- You were charged for a subscription after canceling during the trial period.
- A technical issue caused the service to be inaccessible for more than 48 consecutive hours, and APPGENZ was unable to resolve it.
3.3 Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime by contacting support@appgenz.com. Cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for partial periods.
4. Freelancing Services
4.1 Refunds for Hourly or Fixed-Price Projects
Refunds for freelancing projects will be evaluated based on the scope of work agreed upon:
- Refunds are not available once deliverables have been accepted by the client.
- If the work delivered does not meet the agreed specifications, APPGENZ will rectify the issues without additional charges.
5. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@appgenz.com with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Order ID]”.
- Include the following details:
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, order confirmation).
- A clear description of the issue.
- Our team will review your request and provide a resolution within 5 business days.
6. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following scenarios:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Misuse of the product or service.
- Inability to use the product due to lack of required software or technical expertise.
